Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

Return Window:

• You can return your items for a full refund within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Window:

• You can exchange your items for a different size, color, or style within 4 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Any items that are damaged, washed, worn, or have missing tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process:

2. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.

Exchange Process:

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from the return process above.
2. In your email or phone call, clearly state the item you would like to exchange for (size, color, or style).
3. We will check availability of the desired exchange item.
4. If the item is available, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your original item.
5. Once we receive your original item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will ship the exchange item to you free of charge.
6. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund or store credit.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
